There is no cost to clients for my services. I am paid a finder’s fee by the lender that provides the mortgage. I work for you, not the lender, so my only motivation is to find the right mortgage solutions for you at the best rate. I am not limited by institution or product, so I can evaluate all options to find the right fit.

Whether you work 9 to 5 or do shift work in the oil sands, it can be hard to coordinate schedules. That’s why I am very flexible with appointments to accommodate your schedule. Evenings and weekends are not a problem, and you never have to deal with long wait times to meet with me.

When you find the right mortgage planner, you never want to go elsewhere. I develop mortgage plans for my Red Deer clients that often begin with their first purchase and carry them to their next mortgage need, whether that’s a trade-up home, real estate investing, vacation property, or debt consolidation. As your life changes, so do your mortgage needs, but your mortgage broker can stay the same.

I will shop to get you the best rate, but I believe finding the right mortgage goes beyond that. More importantly, I am going to make sure the lender(s) I recommend are the most suitable lender(s) for you. Rate is very important, but it is not the most important factor when it comes to obtaining a mortgage.

Lenders have niches that work for different situations. I know which lender to choose for each situation which increases the likelihood of the mortgage being approved. Whether you are self-employed, new to Canada, or have a unique financial picture, I can find a mortgage that works.
